This is one of the most mint condition chapter ring 5512 Submariners I have ever seen.  A primary frustration to collectors about the CR 5512/5513 is how the hour hand very often leaves hand drag marks on the gloss of the dial.  I can’t count how many incredible 5512s I’ve seen with light hand drags and it severely hurts the collectability of the piece in today’s market.  This watch is a gem and it is beyond a diamond in the rough.  It was purchased from the original owner five years ago and sold to a collector who sold it to a dealer whom I just acquired it from. The 5512 4-line CR has always been one of my favorite watches and it pains me to sell it. I don’t know how long it will be until I ever see another example in this condition if ever.
